Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to handle front-end sales, engage prospects, deliver presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients. This role involves outreach, communication, and strong sales-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales conversations
  • Identify potential clients through research & outreach
  • Present Stream Labs Design’s services confidently
  • Conduct discovery calls & understand client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM documentation and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Sales experience (preferably in digital services)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Goal-driven, confident, and persuasive personality
  • Fluent spoken & written English is a plus
