Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to handle front-end sales, engage prospects, deliver presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients. This role involves outreach, communication, and strong sales-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound sales conversations
- Identify potential clients through research & outreach
- Present Stream Labs Design’s services confidently
- Conduct discovery calls & understand client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain CRM documentation and follow-ups
Requirements
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Sales experience (preferably in digital services)
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-driven, confident, and persuasive personality
- Fluent spoken & written English is a plus
